The process cost a bit more than I anticipated, your bill is beginning to look like a hospital bill where they charge for every asprin.

Efficient and effective

I was under them impression that I bought a diesel truck and it turns out it was gasoline, this was found out when I fill the truck 1/2 full of diesel and paid $1400 + to get the system flushed at a chevy dealership where I broke down. This happened on the verge of a trip that I had planned which ended up postponed due to this happening. Feeling quite disappointed in both the sales team and the fact that im a well educated person I my field but I only know what im told by dealership personel. The entire experience has been the worst I've had in 30yrs. I debated speaking attorney help but I hold myself responsible to a very small extent. Several things really cause me concern which are as follows : 1.the truck doesn't have anything on the truck identifying whether it is gas or diesel, 2. Gas tank has what looks like a place next to the nosel hole for the diesel addictive DEF, 3. The diesel nosel actually fits in this trucks tank hole.

I have to say I am so grateful for all the hard work that Michael Newton did for me while I was in the dealership. He ran his legs off. He LISTENED to what I was looking for and when the numbers would not work for one of the cars that I chose he immediately found another fantastic option. I will 100% refer any of my friend and family to Cole Chevy and specifically to Michael Newton. Chris Froy also took care of the paperwork in a quick manner which was very appreciated.

Everyone was friendly and very nice. I love the fact that they send you a video of your car and underneath your car so you can see what’s going on too I love that.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was pleased with my purchase. Only thing that I have since discovered is that there isn't an Owner's Manual provided with this new vehicle and the only options, I have is to either download it (over 300 pages) or purchase one from Chevrolet at the cost of almost $100.00 dollars.

At this moment, we would not refer anyone there. We were up there to get an oil change Friday morning at 9 AM. By 11:30 we were back because of a check engine light on (that was not on prior to oil change). Then after my husband spoke with sell's about trading the car at 1. We ended up back up there in the service department by 2:30 due to the same check engine light and service ESC light and we were there until 5pm. We were told it had nothing to do with the oil change but by the time it was all done My husband was told they messed up a sensor when checking the air filter after the service desk adamantly told me it had nothing to do with anything done that morning. On top of all that the guy at the desk tells my husband he didn’t want to talk to me he would rather talk to who’s “bringing the car” even though the car is in my name as well as my husbands

Always a great place to have your vehicle serviced/repaired. Kenny Thomas is the reason we keep coming back year after year. Very good at what he does and is friendly and professional in the process.

My experience at the dealership was great. It was after that was not. I received 3 or 4 calls requesting to buy back my truck. I have researched it and I am not interested in selling my truck at this time. After 1 call someone should get that point.

I always have a great experience at Cole. Lorin always does his very best to treat our family right. I do have to say that when I had my oil changes yesterday, the mechanics did forget to replace the mileage sticker on my front windshield. Other than that it went famously.

Customer service was great, but when i went to put in a new air filter, i found that bolts were not replaced on my airbox itself and the arm was not put back in place nor re-attached. I have always had this truck serviced at dealerships, and since you claim to use only certified GM techs, im sure you can understand my concern as i would not expect bolts and support rods to not be put back after inspection. Your team also took off my tires and changed the oil. What other bolts were not put back while your team worked on my truck?? Thats the question i have now.

They got me in and out in about 40 minutes. Very quick, and they were respectful! :)

The 2012 Chevy Cruze LTZ RS Metallic Red was the first car (and probably the last) I bought brand new with 2 miles on the odometer… I bought it from Ramey Chevrolet when I used to live in Richlands Va…. They were the ONLY auto shop to put a wrench to my car…. I moved to Bluefield WV in 2018 and immediately went to Cole Chevrolet as my new Dealership service center. I have babied this car and it is in cherry shape and my plan is to keep it on the road for many years to come…. Cole Chevrolet service has and continues to provide excellent service to my car and myself… Mike, on this visit, proactively advised me I had $219 in Chevrolet rewards and we applied it to this service visit Invoice, reducing my payment. I appreciate everyone at Cole and will continue to bring my Cruze for all its service needs for years to come. Thanks Mike! Another great experience at Cole!

The 2012 Chevrolet Cruze was my first experience with buying a brand new car (only 4 miles) from Ramey Chevrolet in Richlands Va and they were the ONLY shop to ever put a wrench to it for the first 7 years… I moved to Bluefield WV and chose Cole Chevrolet to be my dealership.. I have been pleased with the service with the exception of my most recent issue. In January 2026 the car developed an antifreeze leak and it was diagnosed coming from the oil filter housing… it was 6 hours labor due to having to dismantle the turbo charger…… a month later it started leaking again and I was advised bolt needed replacement… I noticed it was still leaking and then I was advised the overflow canister had a leak…. Third visit and I really started to question the competency of this shop… well two months later it started leaking again and I was advised the turbo charger hoses required replacement…. Hmm they were just in there with the turbo charger dismantled and no one thought to advise me the hoses should be replaced? So I had to pay $1350 for the shop to dismantle the turbo charger once again….. geez, sorry but Ramey Chevrolet is a cut above this dealership as I never had issues there…. The mechanics are the contact point with the customers as they come out to the waiting room to fill in the customer on what they are doing and are accessible to ask questions directly to the mechanic…. Also I bought 4 tires recently from Cole and I didn’t get the rebate presented to me when paying the invoice as I was advised during the quote. And the car was brought to this shop with 4 chrome tire caps and it was given back to me with the new tires and 2 chrome caps, 1 green cap and 1 tire with no cap…. This dealership doesn’t measure up to where I bought this car and it was always a given I’ll keep coming back for service and a given I’ll buy my next car from Cole… those givens are now thrown out the window due to the recent negative experience with antifreeze leak taking 4 visits to get it right and a $1350 repair bill that should have never occurred it they had been paying attention to what they were doing with my car

Excellent Service.

I was satisfied with the service department, however, I am dissatisfied with the salesman I had when purchasing my Terrain. When purchased, my vehicle was missing the towing cover on the front bumper. Was told he would get the piece. I was called in January it came in and was being painted. Never was contacted it was ready. When I went for my service I asked for it and Michael at the service department did all he could to locate it and was unable to find it and is getting another in. We've contacted the sales department, sales manager, and then was told he is ordering the piece. How difficult is it just for a small piece?! Also was promised a hole would be fixed in my back seat and it has seemed like we have to be on top of everyone to do their job.

I took my truck in for routine service . They came out and told me I needed new front brakes and rotors . I got upset because I had just had my truck for service and 2yr Inspection just 3 months earlier. So apparently the mechanic didn't do there job . I was told the mechanic is no longer there but still doesn't help the fact I didn't get what I paid for . That's why I bring my truck to a certified Chevy garage and pay a higher cost so that I can rest easy while driving my truck . Not happy this round !

It took 3 hours for an oil change. Then they tried to up sell me for an air filter that they just changed the end of 2025. They have all my records. All work had been completed there. Not at all pleased with yesterday. Y Usually I have better service than this

Price of oil change way to expensive for a 2026 Chevy equinox RS AWD Also had a 2 dollar service archive don't know what this is and Ramey Chevrolet charges 54.95 for same oil service and I told Lorin but it didn't phase him in the least. I will not be coming back there ever again. Thanks Mike Lilly
